TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in our pre-order service available exclusively at The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. Before you proceed to order, we strongly recommend you go through the following terms and conditions:

• In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you – the person who will buy pre-order drinks at The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate The Innis & Gunn Brewing Company LTD.

• By opting to pre-order drinks, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not pre-order your drinks.

• Please note that The Innis & Gunn Brewing Company LTD reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organiser www.innisandgunn.com. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of pre-order drinks at The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo.

• The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo reserves the right to refuse entry to the venue.

• Pre-orders are non-refundable.
• Failure to collect drinks during the allotted time (up to 10mins before performance time) will result in a cancelled order with no refund.

• The purchaser has to assume full responsibility of the pre-order confirmation, once received. The Innis & Gunn Brewing Company LTD has no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered confirmation order is stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.

• Kindly note that www.edintattoodrinks.com is the sole authorised source for purchasing buy pre-order drinks at The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. If you obtain a pre-order service from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those orders turning out to be counterfeit. Identification may be required upon collection to identify you as the correct purchaser.

• The pre-order confirmation delivered to you is not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the confirmation for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation, without refund, of your order(s).

• The Innis & Gunn Brewing Company LTD has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the pre-order service terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of The Innis & Gunn Brewing Company LTD will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).

• If The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a full refund, or will reschedule the date of the pre-order. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, Covid-19 Guidance, strikes, delays in production, and the like. The decision of The Innis & Gunn Brewing Company LTD will be considered final.

• If The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo has to be rescheduled to other dates, you will only be eligible for any refunds, if you are no longer able to attend. In case The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is fully cancelled, the refund will include ONLY the face value of your order(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.

• All pre-order sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations.

• By purchasing pre-order drinks at The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of buying the ticket(s). The ‘minimum age’ for consuming alcohol is 18. Where there is any doubt as to your age when collecting pre-ordered drinks you will be asked for identification.
  

• The Innis & Gunn Brewing Company LTD does not take any responsibility to personal/financial damages caused to you at the performance, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the performance. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.

• In all cases of disputes between the pre-order purchaser and the issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.
