Where Highland Whisky Meets Scottish Beer

MINIMUM PURCHASE 3 BOTTLES

The Scottish Highlands are a land of rugged beauty and warm character, where towering mountains and tranquil glens hold centuries of stories. Among its lochs and villages stand legendary distilleries, crafting whiskies that embody the very essence of this extraordinary place.

This limited-edition release from Innis & Gunn is an amber ale matured in rare casks that once held 18-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from the Highlands. These remarkable casks impart a rich, full-bodied character, layering fruity complexity with perfectly balanced malty, aromatic, and refreshing notes.

The result of this unique maturation is a smooth and complex ale with a classic Highland malt character - crafted with care, made to be savoured.

A true celebration of the Highlands, this beer is warming, intricate, and brimming with depth. To bring its story to life, we partnered with Scottish artist Charlie Parsons, renowned for his evocative landscapes that capture the ever-changing moods of Scotland’s terrain. His commissioned painting portrays the slopes of Liathach and Beinn Eighe bathed in the last light of day, with the cottages of Torridon nestled peacefully below.

We hope you enjoy this special bottling as much as we enjoyed creating it. Slàinte!
