At Innis & Gunn, we are known for spearheading the Cask-Matured beer movement in Scotland; something begun by our single malt whisky cask-matured beer, The Original.

Since it launched our brewery in 2003, we have continued to push the boundaries of brewing itself. We are relentless in our drive to perfect our expertise in the realms of cask-matured beer. That's why we experiment - and succeed - with different casks. We have created delicious beers matured in rum casks, Scotch whisky casks, Irish whiskey casks, and more.
