Blood Red Sky, where Jamaican Rum Barrels meet Scottish Red Beer.
Introducing the newest barrel-aged arrival to the Innis & Gunn family; Blood Red Sky, which has been aged using 100% Jamaican rum barrels. Taking inspiration from the Caribbean home of the rum barrels, we have taken all the flavours you loved from its predecessor, Rum Finish, and turned up the volume. Amplifying the cool spicy rum notes and delicious undertones of sweet vanilla and rich fruit.
We've included Munich malt for a caramel sweetness and the roasted barley adds a refreshing sharpness and red hue. But the depth of flavour is owed to the barrels; flavours of vanilla, gorse and coconut are held within the wood and unlocked in our Barrel into Beer process.
