Refunds and Returns
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Should you decide to cancel within this period, all charges to you (other than the delivery charges) will be refunded. If the item(s) have not been dispatched we will cancel the order and we will refund payment (including delivery charges) accordingly. If the item(s) have been dispatched to you and we are unable to stop the delivery, you can refuse to sign for the delivery so that the item(s) are returned to us and we will refund you all charges (other than the delivery charges) accordingly. If you have the items, the provisions for returns below will apply.
We cannot accept responsibility for failure of delivery if the address or contact details provided are incorrect, so please ensure that these are checked before confirming your order.
We trust that you will be satisfied with your purchase but should you wish to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you are unhappy with any of the items in any way please return them to us within seven working days from the day after the day of delivery in a merchantable condition and we will happily refund or exchange the item(s). In order to receive a refund, you will need to provide us with your order confirmation number for the items you wish to return and a refund will be processed within 10 working days. Return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where the goods are faulty in which case we will issue a reimbursement.
