We are currently in the process of building a new Innis & Gunn brewery in our spiritual home of Edinburgh. It will be the first large-scale brewery to be built in Scotland’s capital for 150 years and will significantly upscale the volume of characteristically full flavoured and innovative beers that we can brew.
Until then though, The Innis & Gunn Brewery in Perth remains our home and it’s where we continue to push boundaries by pioneering new brewing techniques and experimenting further with the unique beer barrel-ageing process for which we are so well known.
Our 20,000 hectolitre capacity brewhouse in the fair city of Perth produces our range of Innis & Gunn core and limited edition beers as well as Inveralmond Brewery cask ales.
This brewery was made possible with the support of our fans and the craft beer community who invested in our BeerBond to raise the funding to buy our first brewery. To thank them we have the names of each of our BeerBond holders proudly displayed on the front of our Barrel Store.
Everything we’ve done, everything we stand for, all neatly packaged up in the form of a perfect pub. Our Taprooms are the only place you can enjoy our full range, plus brewery fresh tank lager. And 50-odd craft draft and bottled beers from around the world. Get. In.
