Angela, one of the brewers at Innis & Gunn, has been with us for 6 months. She completed her masters in Brewing & Distilling at Heriot Watt University, inspired by working in bars from the age of 18 and growing an interest in beers and how people react to new tastes.
A big craft beer fan herself, she feels a real connection to our Jamaican rum barrel-aged ‘Blood Red Sky’ - as it's a new product she's been involved with. Outside of Innis & Gunn, Angela’s current favourite is Brooklyn Brewery’s Black Chocolate Stout, a proper wintery beer to match the elements!
Having focussed on brewing in her first few months, she’s now started filtering as she continues her top work in making fantastic beer
