Booking Terms and conditions

DEPOSITS/FULL BALANCE T & Cs

All monies received as a deposit payment toward a future reservation or event are subject to our company terms & conditions; any reservation cancelled 30 days prior to the date of the event will receive a full deposit refund. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the reservation date all monies paid will be non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Please note the above T & Cs do not apply to any reservations between November 24th and January 2nd. All reservations and deposits paid for the festive period are non-refundable and non-transferrable

 

DEPOSITS/FULL BALANCE November 24th - January 2nd T & Cs

All reservations made during this period are required to pay a £10 per person or agreed deposit within 7 days of making a provisional booking. The venue are unable to hold any space provisionally for longer than 7 days if customer has not confirmed with a deposit. 

All deposits paid are used to cover final balance payments. For any festive meal bookings, full balance is required 3 weeks prior to the booking date along with a pre-order. 

 

Severe Weather Policy

In the event of a venue being unable to open due to severe weather, bookers will be contacted by individual venues to offer rescheduled dates within the subsequent ten days. Dates subject to availability. All other cancellations are bound by our standard terms and conditions. All guests must be available to be seated at the arranged time of booking. Failure to do so will result in loss of bookings and deposit paid.
