The freshest of the fresh, pouring deliciously cold from our beer tanks; unpasteurised and packed with flavour.
So what’s the difference between tank lager and keg lager? Well, we deliver directly from the brewery, with the beer bypassing pasteurisation, giving a cleaner and crisper bite. The process of pasteurisation involves heating the beer to temperatures of between 60°-70°C for a relatively short period of time. The reason beer is subjected to this treatment is that it vastly increases the shelf life, giving the brew between 6 to 12 months in a keg or bottle.
Our unpasteurised Lager Beer, on the other hand, will be served within two weeks of arriving in our tanks.
